Nice apartment with city view, located on the main street of Sant'Agnello, on the second floor of a building with lift a stone's throw from the main square and the train station.

It consists of a double bedroom, equipped kitchen, second bedroom with single sommier that can be transformed into a double bed if necessary, double bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet and sink. Both bedrooms have satellite TV and free wifi throughout the house.



SPACE

Iommella luxury apartment Adami is a bright apartment located in the center of Sant'Agnello in the Corso Italia area near Sorrento (20 minutes on foot, 5 minutes by car/bus/train). Excellent solution for visiting the Amalfi Coast, Capri, Pompeii and Sorrento.

The apartment was renovated in August 2023 and consists of a double bedroom with a bed with cast iron headboard, top quality memory foam mattress, designer bedside tables, chest of drawers and large baroque mirror. Smart TV in front of the bed.

The loft is on two levels, at the top we find a second complete bathroom and a second single bedroom with double single sommier. Ideal for a third guest or on occasion it can also be transformed into a second double bed.

The kitchen is well equipped with a hob, fridge, microwave and kettle.

Possibility of parking 5 minutes walk from the apartment upon reservation at a cost of €15.00 per day.

Unfortunately, our stay was not what we had hoped for. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The older washroom upstairs had a strong musky smell in the shower, the sink emitted a sewage odor, and the toilet did not appear to have been cleaned in quite some time. The newer washroom on the same floor as the bedroom was the only one our group of four ended up using, but even there, cleanliness was still an issue — we found hair from previous guests throughout the space, including on the shower head.We had read about street noise in other reviews and thought we could manage, but it was much louder than expected. Motorbikes passed by late into the night, and a nearby bell tower rang several times early in the morning, making it difficult to get a good night’s rest.Another downside was the late check-in fee. We were charged 30 for arriving after 7:30 pm (and I believe 50 after 11 pm), which is not something we’ve encountered before in our travels.On a positive note, communication with the management team was excellent — they were very responsive and helpful whenever we reached out. Location is good, walking distance to the train station and bus stops. About 20-25min walk to Sorrento. However, given the cleanliness issues, noise levels, and extra fees, we unfortunately would not choose to stay here again.
