Find us at @palmcottagesb on Instagram! Completely private, clean, and recently remodeled guest house. Longer stays welcome! Fast wifi, suitable for children, private yard, fire-pit and beach cruisers.

This beautifully remodeled guest house is located within a fully gated and secure Montecito property and is walking distance to the Rosewood Miramar, Four Seasons Biltmore and Coast Village Road. This house has one king bed bedroom, one full bath and a queen pull out. The house features a brand new kitchen with custom Italian cabinetry, Bosch and Thermador appliances, air conditioning and heat throughout, and washer and dryer in the bedroom closet. The French doors in the living room bring you out to your private yard and patio which are completely separate from the main house, where you can enjoy yard games like corn-hole and separate fire pit area. Wireless internet and satellite TV are provided in all rooms. The palm cottage is very close to the 101 freeway so you do hear noise. The brand new windows and doors are all double and triple paned. We have two beach cruisers for you to use at your convenience.

The palm cottage is very close to the 101 freeway so you do hear noise. The brand new windows and doors are all double and triple paned.

We have 2 beach cruisers available for guest use. There are so many wonderful places you can bike to in town, makes your trip all that more enjoyable!
