This darling home with partial mountain views sits in a peaceful neighborhood, just four minutes (1.5 miles) from Downtown State Street or Uptown Santa Barbara.

With two spacious bedrooms and two baths - one en-suite - a couple or a party of six will be entirely comfortable.

Both bathrooms as well as the kitchen are recently remodeled (August 2023) creating a comfortable and peaceful space for work, relaxing or entertaining friends.

The home sits at the front of the property with another unit at the back. On-site parking is available for up to two vehicles and ample street parking exists as well.

With an EV charger, stackable washer/dryer, dishwasher and tankless water heater guests will find every comfort.

Bedroom 1: King bed, 50" Samsung Smart TV, en-suite bath with tub and shower
Bedroom 2: Two full size (double) beds, 43" Samsung Smart TV, mountain views, ample closet space, work space
Living Room: Sectional and Chair, 55" LG OLED Smart TV

The yard comes complete with adirondack chairs as well as a gas firepit.

We love this property for its close proximity to all that Santa Barbara has to offer. Hendry's beach is an easy 15 minute bike ride or 4 minute car ride, Elings Park is 10 minutes by bike or 3 minutes via car. UCSB is 7 miles and SBCC (Santa Barbara City College) is less than 3 miles. Earl Warren show grounds is less than a mile.
