Upstairs there are two single bedrooms, one of them equipped with a sofa and a study area, as well as an additional toilet, ideal for long stays or group stays.

The outdoor area includes two private gardens with a total surface area of about 200 m², perfect for sunbathing, enjoying the fresh air or relaxing by the private pool. There is also a table and chairs for outdoor dining.

The living-dining room is spacious and cosy, with sea views and Smart TV. The independent kitchen is fully integrated and equipped with all the necessary appliances. In addition, the property has fibre optic WiFi (600mb), ideal for working remotely, studying or simply enjoying the best digital entertainment during your stay. It also has a parking space for your convenience.
