We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. All the beds were comfortable. The towels were amazingly fluffy. There was plenty of shampoo etc. The kitchen had everything we needed and we were able to walk to the Boardwalk. We highly recommend this home for any vacation.

This is our 12th year and 13th trip to Santa Cruz for a getaway with family! We love the beach and my grandsons can’t get enough of the sunshine and sea air! We are close to the restaurants and shops we like to go to. The beautiful Holy Cross Church is always in the plan on Sunday! The people are friendly and Surf City Is very attentive! Our extended family of eight spent a long weekend at the beach to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday. This house was perfect for us. The location is excellent in a quiet neighborhood a two minute walk to the beach. The house itself is clean and well laid out. The kitchen was plenty big for all of us to make breakfast and we used the huge table to play board games. I highly recommend this spot.

FAMILY BEACH VACATION

Our family of nine, adult kids and grandkids, stayed for a week. The home and location was perfect! Everything needed for the beach was provided; towels, boogies boards, wagon, chairs, etc. The kitchen was great and had everything you needed and the living area was very comfortable. The two car garage with openers was a definite plus. Hope to stay there again!

Great Stay! Steps away from the beach and walking distance to breakfast, lunch, and the boardwalk! Very quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking available all day. Two garage spots with plenty of beach gear to take to the sand. The upstairs loft was perfect for the kids to watch TV and sleep. Bedrooms were great and very comfortable beds! Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Excellent stay!

Perfect place!

My husband and our 3 adult daughters stayed and loved this place! Plenty of space to spread out, a nice view of the ocean from the deck and living room, quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Right between the harbor in one direction and the beach boardwalk in the other direction - both totally walkable; and the beach is SO close. We used all of the beach gear, bikes, and loved the fully loaded kitchen! Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Santa Cruz beach house

This beach house was perfect for our family trip. The pictures in the listing dont do the view justice! The view is amazing!! The house is beautiful and well stocked with everything you need. The bedrooms were perfect for ages ranging from 25 to 83. There are bedrooms on each of the 3 stories which gave us the separation we needed. I will definitely stay at this property again in the future and highly recommend.

Great family Christmas gathering

Our 2nd time here. Great location near the beach. Well-stocked house with good quality amenities (except for carving knives). However we did have a ceiling leak when it rained. Roofer responded quickly but needs fixing. We had a great time and great view of the of the collapsed pier debris

Our Favorite Beach House!

This is our tenth year celebrating the week before Thanksgiving in Santa Cruz with our families and their children! We are making lasting memories in a beautiful ocean setting in a comfortable home. We have everything we need at the 3rd Ave home! Is just a short walk to the beach and close to many restaurants, grocery stores, the Boardwalk and church. Come stay for a while and feel the healing power of Santa Cruz!

Perfect location

This home was the perfect location for a vacation in Santa Cruz! I loved how close it was to the beach and the view from the deck. The home was very cozy but spacious.
