Villa Can Blay is an Ibizan rustic property that preserves the traditional essence of the island of Ibiza.
It is located in the eastern part of the island of Ibiza, in the municipality of Santa Eulalia del Rio, on the side of a mountain, from where we appreciate magnificent views of the valley and in the background the sea. 5 minutes by car to the urban center of Santa Eulalia del Rio and 20 minutes from the City of Ibiza and the Airport of Ibiza.
Villa Can Blay has a capacity for 10 people. The property stands out for its thick exposed stone walls and its juniper ceilings in accordance with traditional Ibizan construction. The villa is divided into two floors. On the first floor it is distributed between an annex, where we find a double bedroom with bathroom en suite, with a small kitchen and a separate full bathroom. In the rest of the ground floor it is distributed in a large bedroom with en suite bathroom and a private balcony, and a double bedroom with en suite bathroom. Finally on the second floor we find a double bedroom with two single beds and an en suite bathroom and a large terrace. From the main entrance, on the ground floor, we find a large living room with fireplace and a kitchen equipped with the latest generation appliances. The entire property stands out for the style of decoration as well as the quality of its materials.
