Experience the heart of Santa Fe with the historic downtown at you doorstep. This prime downtown location is surrounded by museums, restaurants, shops and art galleries and is one block from the historic Plaza, half a block from the convention center and a short walk to Canyon Road.

This spacious 520 square foot unit is located on the 2nd floor of a downtown commercial building with a large bank of windows overlooking Marcy Street. Parking is in a covered commercial garage 150 yards away.

There is a plush and cozy sofa and a large 50-inch HDTV in the living room area. The kitchenette has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle. The large bedroom closet has room to store your luggage in. The large dedicated work space has a printer and an internet wall jack in addition to the wireless WIFI network.

Walk outside into the heart of Santa Fe surrounded by restaurants, cafes, shops, galleries, historic churches, museums and more. On Marcy Street you will find some of Santa Fe's best retail stores and restaurants. Tres Colores (Mexican) is on the ground floor of the building on the block are award-winning restaurants La Boca and Horno. Grab cocktails and appetizers at the beautiful Los Poblanos Bar North half a block away. These are just a FEW of the MANY restaurants in the area.

Because it is located in the heart of downtown, there can be street activity into the late evening depending on the day of the week and time of year.

This location is as good as it gets for getting around the historic downtown. You can walk everywhere. If you don want to walk and are without a car Uber/Lyft or the Santa Fe City Transit bus are also options.

Max Occupancy: Two (2) persons as per City of Santa Fe Ordinance.

The location is fantastic as all of downtown Santa Fe is walkable, and the hosts provide many "insider" suggestions of restaurants, events, activities. Incredibly accommodating. The suite is roomier than expected, very clean and smartly designed, and located in the heart of downtown Santa Fe such that everything you’d want to see, do, or eat is within walking distance. If you need to drive, the parking garage across the street is both convenient and safe. The restaurant below the suite, Tres Colores, acts as a default restaurant for the suite and is an excellent place for breakfast and lunch. We will recommend this accommodation to any family or friends traveling to Santa Fe.

Great visit in Santa Fe!

We enjoyed the hiking, opera, window shopping and restaurants in the area. We will return for sure! The condo is perfect for two people. It’s nicely appointed and beautifully decorated too. Contemporary meets southwestern. Paul was very responsive and helpful especially during our move-in. There isn’t a stove top just a microwave but we made it work as we didn’t have time to cook at home anyway.

My husband and I stayed two nights while visiting Taos. Our interests were in checking out The Plaza, the IAIA museum, our friend's gallery and visiting some new (to us) restaurants and watering holes. The place is wonderfully convenient to everything any visitor might want to do in the Plaza area; and the hosts provided us with a meticulously detailed set of recommended places to eat, things to do and places to visit. We appreciated that.The loft is exactly as described in the listing. It's well-appointed, from the artwork to the furniture and kitchenette area, it's a perfect place to enjoy some down time after a busy day in Santa Fe. The little fridge is perfect for beverages and leftovers. The bed was oh-so comfortable and the hosts thought of everything: an iron, small fan, luggage stand, coffee maker.The directions to the loft itself and the parking are a little tricky to navigate given the density of "stuff" in the neighborhood; however, the hosts provide clearly detailed instructions (both via email/the app and in print, once you're in the loft).The hosts did an exceptional job of providing all the information and suggestions we needed to have a wonderful stay. Great Santa Fe Condo

The Condo was very nice with a comfortable King size bed, roomy living area, and functional kitchenette -- microwave and toaster, but no dishwasher.Just two blocks to the town center square, and wonderful restaurants within easy walking distance. There also a free shuttle bus that goes up Canyon road to art galleries.

Fantastic property, great communication

This is a really great place. Comfortable, fun decor with a little "old school" taste mixed with beautiful new upgrades. Paul was fantastic, he communicated all details about the property, check-in, check-out, wanted to make sure we knew we could reach out if needed. He also gave me some great recommendations for restaurants and activities. The location is prime, right on the "Plaza" within walking distance from restaurants, museums, shops, etc. You're provided with a pass for parking in a local garage which was also fantastic, street parking in that area is crazy.
