Note the house is cooled using a swamp cooler that is only available for the summer months between June and October, while heating is only available for the remaining winter months. If you are sentivie to temperature, please inquire before booking. Please update the reservation if there is any change to guest number, we enforce the guest count strictly through our security camera. For guest with more than 1 pet, please reach out after booking your reservation to update the pet charges. Pet fee is $20 per night for each pet.
