Suloinen aito Adobe-koti, joka sijaitsee osoitteessa 117 Quintana Street ja helpon kävelymatkan päässä Plazasta Santa Fen keskustassa. Olohuoneessa on puulämmitteinen kiva-takka ja se avautuu suurelle ruokasali-alueelle, jossa on sisäänrakennettu kalustekaapit. Uusi ruokapöydässä on mukavasti kahdeksan. Keittiö on päivitetty uusilla kaapilla ja työtasoilla. Siellä on viihtyisä takapiha, jossa on puulämmitteinen kiva-takka, patio pöytä ja tuolit ja lepotuoleja. Etu ja taka ovat maisemoituja ja tiputuskasteluun.

Makuuhuoneita on kaksi: Päämakuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode ja toisessa makuuhuoneessa parivuode. Lisävuode on myös.

Edessä oleva stukkoseinä tarjoaa yksityisyyttä kadulta. Tämä koti todella vangitsee Santa Fe: n vanhan viehätysvoiman.

Kaikissa huoneissa on laaja luonnollinen valo kaikista ikkunoista ja pysäköinti kadulla yhdelle pienelle tai keskikokoiselle autolle. Koti sijaitsee rauhallisella umpikujassa, jossa on runsaasti pysäköintitilaa.

Tämä koti on täysin varustettu kaikilla tarvittavilla esineillä liikkumiseen oikealle. Kaikki liinavaatteet, pyyhkeet ja keittiötarvikkeet toimitetaan. Erityiset pitkäaikaista oleskelua koskevat järjestelyt voidaan järjestää pyynnöstä.

Puulämmitteinen takka - emme tarjoa polttopuita, mutta nippuja on saatavana ostettavaksi lähikauppakaupoista talvikaudella.

This casita allows you to not just visit Santa Fe and view it from the outside, but to LIVE Santa Fe. Everything about it — the wood and tile floors, the thick adobe walls, the TWO courtyards — but most especially the working kiva fireplace make you want to never ever have to leave. It’s in a super quiet neighborhood, but within an easy walk of everything you want to do. The kitchen is appointed well — if you feel like cooking, you’ll find every tool you need. And the host? WONDERFUL! Easy to communicate with and above-and-beyond accommodating! Absolutely five-star experience not to be missed!

Very nice adobe house with great location. Easy walk to the plaza, and easy access to roads that get you to places like Taos and Ghost Ranch. Also, there is a short path to a mall that has restaurants, coffee, and great book store, and a Sprouts grocery store, just within a 10 min walk. The house itself is very comfortable and clean. I really loved the very private outdoor courtyards, both in back and front of the house. I would like to stay here again next time I'm in Santa Fe.

Really enjoyed our stay! We used every inch of the place along with taking the short (10 minute) walk to the Plaza. Kitchen was perfectly outfitted with everything we needed, dining room table was a perfect place to eat, living room sat the three of us perfectly, beds were very comfortable and bathroom was clean. Shower pressure was fantastic. Super hot water. Towels were a bit cold from under sink storage so we stuck them in the dryer to warm them up. It took a bit getting used to the slight step ups/downs into bedroom, living room and kitchen. Loved the fireplace. We used it every night! Parking across the street was super easy-always an open spot. (We have a large SUV) Loved not having to carry a key around. The creaky floors fit the personality of the place. Absolutely loved the place, price & proximity!

We enjoyed our stay with the following exceptions. The house is about 100 years old and has no closets in the bedrooms. The bathroom had no heat and the tub really needs a rubber non-slip mat. The furniture in the online post has been changed. The parking leaves a lot to be desired. Our mid-sized SUV barely fit and the street is very narrow. A neighbors car was parked across the street the entire stay not allowing our car to exit without driving down the street and using a driveway to turn around. Due to the age of the house, it was always on the cold side. the bedrooms have small baseboard heaters. We did find a place in the hall storage closed to have our clothes. On the plus side the kitchen was well equipped, the TV worked great and the management was very responsive when texted.
Hall storage closed - only hanging spot for clothes.

Great location for a Santa Fe vacation. We enjoyed the cozy and stylish casa in close proximity to the Plaza. Very comfortable and well-stocked with lots of character. The neighborhod is quiet and is easily walkable. The patio and fenced yard were ideal for us and our dog. Great communication from owner.

We overall really enjoyed staying in such a traditional Santa Fe home and loved the proximity to the Plaza. We loved the Kiva fireplaces, in and out, and appreciated not having to clean out the ashes. The host was excellent in communication and made check-in super easy. We liked that there was a door code and no key we had to deal with. Two items of note: 1) The property was drafty due to the lack of central heating 2) Parking was very tight for our Subaru Outback and requires backing into the space. A couple times someone parked right behind the driveway and it was impossible to back in. For someone wanting to experience Santa Fe, this is a good property to do it from

Excellent communication and easy check in. Walking distance to old town! Location is great but as mentioned parking is an issue. Cannot bring anything larger than a small SUV. It’s a dead end street so you have only one way to exit. If cars park in front of the VRBO it is difficult to get out. Practice your three point turn! Kitchen was well equipped! Laundry facilities was great! Shower was hot and water pressure was good!!Bed was comfortable but could use updated pillows. It is an older beautiful home so the floors are uneven and stairs can be difficult. Must be cautious for elderly people. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Loved everything about this place: tastefully furnished, comfortable beds, very well-stocked kitchen, responsive management, quiet neighborhood, 5-10-minute walk to Plaza, museums, restaurants, shops. No views due to tiny lot and high adobe walls, but two small patios allow outside access.

Online pictures were deceiving. Patio was not cleaned. New appliances sheets and towels were good. Needs maintenance. Some outlets did not work mold in bathroom. Many places to trip as floors were uneven and many step ups in entryways to other rooms would not stay there again.

What a charming little nest of a place!!! I am a long time Santa Fe visitor and was so happy to share the Land of Enchantment with a friend who had never been to SF! The casita was clean, safe and had EVERYTHING we needed. We were close enough to the Plaza to easily walk. I do suggest maybe NOT walking back late at night..... If you want a TRUE adobe experience this was affordable, convenient and lovely. Especially the Patio in the early morning and evening (wish we could have used the kiva!). Our host was super responsive and easy to work with. Good bang for your BucK!!! A & well done.

The adobe home was charming and comfortable. We had easy access with the passcode. The home was clean and homey. The beds were comfortable. The private backyard was the perfect place for morning coffee. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed (we supplied the groceries.)The Devargas Shopping Center was a 7 minute walk to grocery, restaurants and other shopping. It is a lovely home!

Great in every way

We had a wonderful stay in this home. Location was ideal for moving around on foot and do be sure to take the advice about needing a small car to tuck into the driveway! The back patio was just lovely for breakfasting and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner from our farmers market haul. A home that includes nice-quality bedding and towels gets a A from me. Thank you!

This property is in a fantastic location for visiting Santa Fe. The bedrooms are nicely decorated and the patio and private garden are a real plus.The host gave all information needed and everything was very straight forward.The only down side was the parking space - very tight - my daughter was in charge of that as I cannot reverse like that.Overall very happy with the stay and property.
