Excellent stay

The room was clean and fairly spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Nice water pressure in the shower and an actual working window in the bathroom to let some fresh air in. Loved the location and its proximity to the plaza. Would definitely stay again.

The room was clean, not vacuumed every day. But, we never had a dry towel every day we had damp towels we said something the first day, but it didn’t help. There was no coffee cups some of the days and they never give you any water except for the first day. They also forgot toilet paper a couple of days for the prize that we paid, we felt there should’ve been more basic things like water and dry towels

This place was probably our favorite in our southwest vacation. The room was lovely--very spacious, comfortable and within walking distance of a beautiful area full of unique shopping and dining options. the host provided personal attention to us as he showed us the room and its features. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Sedona.

This hotel is great for its location, only a few blocks from the center plaza area of Santa Fe. Nice big parking lot and $10 nightly fee, with friendly staff. The building and room itself has old travel lodge vibes. Nothing fancy but clean. Terrible towels. Average spot, but nice staff.

We were able to park early and walk around Santa Fe. Beautiful grounds with flowers. Able to check in a little early. No elevator and one in our group is handicapped:-(

One of the worst experiences I've had during my many trips i take. I was there for a baby shower for the upcoming birth of my grandson. I checked in on October 3rd and checked out on October 5th. The first night, at about 3 am, it sounded like the room next door decided to rearrange the furniture. Then, the next night, just before midnight, the couple in the room next door woke me from my sleep by their fighting. I finally called to the front desk to ask them to step in (which to thir credit they did), but I was wide awake and couldn't get back to sleep. Then, at 6:15 am the fire alarms went off in each of the rooms with lights flashing. The noise finally stopped but then within 30 seconds everything started all over again. I gave up on sleep and got ready to go. Not an experience I want to go through again!! The staff was very nice but my room was on the 2nd floor and they have no elevators. After having had surgery, I asked for help getting my luggage to my room which they were very agreeable to getting my luggage to the room.
