I guess the biggest issue was there’s no Wi-Fi in our room and when we asked about it, we were told just to go hang out in the lobby. The televisions are not smart TVs so we couldn’t watch Netflix at least that’s what we were told when we tried to get it going. I talked to the front desk the second morning and asked that somebody from maintenance. Please put some WD-40 on the bathroom door hinges that didn’t happen. They are quite loud in the middle of the night :-) and then the shower handle came off twice. The showerhead was loose and so the water flow was compromised. Thanks for listening.

A great stay

The hotel was great! Both ladies that helped me at the front desk were very kind and on top of it. The room was very clean, I checked everywhere and it all was pristine. No weird smells, sheets were comfortable and bed was too. No dust which was great for my allergies. You could sort of hear the people around you but that didn't bother us. Breakfast was great, the lobby and dining room were clean and cozy. Overall we had a really great time!

Such a cute hotel, close to the plaza!

We had a wonderful long weekend staying here. It was very clean and we loved the setup of the hotel overall. Our room was spacious. I had a hard time sleeping the first night because of the large lighted numbers in the temperature system, but we figured out how to turn that off the second night. We will definitely keep it in mind for our next trip to Santa Fe.
