The exterior, covering 630 m², features elegant wood-look flooring in a modern grey tone, creating a chic ambiance. The saltwater pool (9m x 3m) is easily accessible via steps and has a "sun deck" with shallow water, perfect for sunbathing. Enjoy comfortable sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a covered terrace with two large dining tables.



Stay active in the transformed underground garage, now a fitness room with various training units, including table tennis, TRX, treadmill, and satellite TV. The integrated lighting and music system on the terrace and rooftop terrace is conveniently controlled via iPad.



On the ground floor, the open-style living area features a central dining table in elegant white. There is a large living room with a comfortable sofa, XXL satellite TV, and minimalist decor, and another living room with a large plasma screen and a modern game console (PS4) to entertain the kids.



The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a kitchen island, microwave, oven, and a large fridge-freezer combination. Behind the kitchen is a practical area with a washing machine and dryer. The ground floor bathroom is also a plus.



The upper floor is used as a sleeping area and consists of 6 double bedrooms (3 double beds, 6 single beds) with 6 en suite bathrooms.
