The open-concept living area is inviting and filled with natural light, offering a cozy seating area perfect for unwinding and watching some TV. It seamlessly connects to the dining space, where a table set for four is ideal for shared meals or a fun game night.

While the complex does not include a shared pool, guests can enjoy the tranquility of the private balcony, complete with a plunge pool—perfect for sipping morning coffee or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. Additionally, guests receive complimentary access to the pool at the nearby Mexico Lindo Hotel, located just a 2-minute walk from the condo. Please note that the hotel pool is adults-only.

• 30% deposit on base rental rate due at time of booking + $99 USD admin fee & $45 USD Accidental Damage Insurance Fee
• 70% balance + tax due 60 days prior to arrival (full payment required for last minute stays)
• Funds paid are non-refundable, if required, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days from arrival.
• Though not available for purchase through our Company, we encourage travelers to consider securing travel insurance.
