Hôtel parfait, personnel extrêmement gentil.

Tout était parfait, acceuil, hall d'entrée, restaurant El Jaguar, piscine et chambre spacieuse. Seul bémol, ne prenez pas les chambres proches de la 205 et 305 car le poste des femmes de chambres est devant et elles ont des walkie-talkie avec le son très fort, donc on se fait réveiller tôt et difficile de faire une sieste l'après midi

Clean, spacious and Close to the Beach

This Hotel was so clean, and rooms are large and comfy. Staff are all so nice, check in was easy. This hotel is very close to the Beautiful Santa Cruz beach. The A/C worked well and was needed.

We stayed here twice. At the beginning of our trip then a couple of nights at the end. We were able to get a room with a "marina view" for the later and it we well worth it. The rooms that face the street are super noisy day and night! Quite nice rooms, showing their age however, clean and had really great beds and pillows. The staff were very respectful and accommodating however we did have a later flight out of Huatulco and they charged me 500 pesos extra for a 2 pm check out. They were doing their job.

I loved the location and the quality of the food on site. Everything we tried was excellent! Only complaint is the small pool that allows others to reserve chairs. If you aren’t up at 5am you may not get a chair!!

Our 2nd time staying here, this location is as perfect as it gets for Huatulco. The hotel is beautiful, not too big, and the rooms are so comfortable.

The hotel was very clean and quiet on the marina side. We had a great view. The hotel is very central to walk everywhere. Breakfast is included with an egg station, fruit and toast.

We had a really good experience at this hotel. The room was great, with comfortable bed and nice view. Coffee was offered in the room and the breakfast was really good- with different options each day. The pool was perfect to cool off and the beach is walking distance. Daniela at the reception was really nice and helpful. Definitely recommend!
