Staff was amazing. pool is small and in a bad location. I have been coming here twice a year the last 3 years due to the location of hotel to everything. weight room air conditioning has not work during the time we are here. very hot in the room and 30 minutes of working out becomes unbearable. they always say it will be fixed in the next couple of days, HA!! I think that's how they save money by not running the system. Breakfast was always very good, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. one thing on our last stay is that are balcony was 4 pigeons that were pooping all over chairs and rails. cleaning people ignored our request to clean it. (only once in 8 days did, they cleaned the balcony) just a few things they need to improve and I would give them a much higher rating.

From the time you step to reception on arrival until they take your cards at the end.. all staff are very helpful and cheerful ...we found more spoke English this year... Great location, easily walkable to town and marina for tours and taxis. We enjoyed the bar, restraunt and the pool albeit on the smaller size. Room is a great size, great AC and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel was absolutely great! Staff was so helpful and kind from the front desk staff, to the bell guys, serving staff, chamber maids and all the others. Shout out to the front desk manager and her security manager for how they looked after us after a snorkeling incident and for giving us an extra hour to stay in the room on check out as my wife wasn’t feeling well. One of the servers particularly stood out and his name is Alfonso. All of them were great but Alfonso was especially helpful. The room was perfect. Our chambermaid was precise and kind. The pool was beautiful and the grounds impeccable. Would highly recommend
