Located in the community of lovely Sueno del Mar, Casa Bella is a unique, 1800 sq ft condo situated on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool area. With stunningly beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean and Chahué Bay, our spacious terrace has a large table and chairs perfect for enjoying drinks or dinner while watching the sun set. This private, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, end-unit with elevator access has no common walls and has been exquisitely decorated. We offer many amenities including flat screen TV's, marble floors, 11 ft ceilings, a washer-dryer, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, hair dryers, and ceiling fans in every room, just to name a few. If you bring your laptop along, there is wireless internet access throughout Casa Bella, by the pool and at the beach clubs.

Life in Mexico is mainly about outdoor living but on those evenings that you feel just too hot to sit outside, Casa Bella has air conditioners in each room and ample seating around the large dining table. There are large, comfortable chairs and a sofa in the living room. The two generously sized bedrooms have king sized beds with pillow top mattresses and walk-in closets.

Enjoy your day relaxing by the semi-Olympic sized pool with a shallow section for kids. Or, take a 3 minute walk to the beach where 2 beach clubs will provide you food, libations and excellent service. Or, take a drive or cab ride as paved roads allow access to seven other beaches where you can enjoy swimming, snorkeling from the beach, scuba diving, fishing and surfing. Cabs are abundant and very reasonably priced, typically $2-$3 USD. Casa Bella is just a 10 minute walk to Santa Cruz Bay, the location of the fishing village that preceded present-day Huatulco, is now the site of the resort's cruise-ship pier. Literally steps away are a pair of clean beaches and a lively little commercial area of shops, restaurants and an artisans' market catering to visitors.

This 5-Star gated community of Sueno del Mar, with 24 hour security is centrally located - walk to restaurants, shopping and a supermarket within minutes. Tennis is available in the spa/health club next door and golf is a 10 minute cab ride.

Our local administrator greets and oversees our guests during their stay at Casa Bella to be sure that all of their needs are met or exceeded and they are happy during their stay. Her helpful staff can organize transport to and from the airport, book any excursions you require and answer any questions you may have.
