Garten Eden

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Kleine Wohnung 1 doppeltes Doppelstockbett mit keiner Küche; Kühlschrank, Spüle und Gasherd in einem Zimmer. Dazu noch kleines Bad mit sehr kleiner Dusche. Haben jedoch die große Dusche im Außenbereich genutzt. Terrasse ist mit Tisch und 4 Stühlen ausgestattet. Insgesamt befinden sich 12 Wohneinheiten in der Anlage. Der Garten ist prächtig. Man fühlt sich wie im Paradies. Man kann die Liegestühle im Garten nutzen oder die Hängematten. Wer grillen möchte: kein Problem. Es stehen 4 Grills zur Verfügung. Zum Zeitvertreib sind eine große Bocciaanlage oder Tischtennisplatten aufgebaut. Ebenso steht ein kleiner Kinderspielplatz zur Verfügung.

Bene ma non benissimo

Abbiamo prenotato 11 notti tramite HomeAway presso questa struttura gestita da Jonathan, che però non abbiamo praticamente mai visto nemmeno al nostro arrivo, abbiamo sempre parlato con la sorella Sabrina, proprietaria probabilmente dell'altra metà del villaggio, che ci ha accolto al nostro ingresso. Partiamo dal prezzo, vantaggiosissimo, per le nostre 11 notti. Accoglienza gentile, la signora, che non parlava benissimo l'italiano ma si faceva capire molto bene, ci ha mostrato dettagliatamente il villaggio ed i suoi tantissimi vantaggi tra cui ping pong, barbecue, bocce, sdraio tra le piante, docce esterne per la sabbia, lavatrice, tavola da stiro, prodotti per la pulizia e quant'altro. Sull'appartamento, invece, più di qualcosa su cui ridire: il bagno quasi impresentabile, lo scorrevole della doccia completamente grasso nemmeno fosse la cucina, il lavandino si otturava ogni due per tre ed abbiamo dovuto tirar fuori capelli per farlo funzionare. Frigorifero sporco e pulito "dove passa il prete". Letti al tempo stesso abbastanza comodi, anche se da una piazza e mezza. L'ambiente intorno molto piacevole ed accogliente, immerso nella natura incontaminata, ottimamente curato, con abbondanza di piante e fiori di ogni tipo e lontano dai centri abitati. Altro neo, molto particolare a dirla tutta, i vicini, molto simpatici e cordiali, però dalle abitudini un po' strane, alle 21 serrati in casa con l'ansia che un respiro potesse disturbarli già alle 21.05 (in realtà abitudine di ogni ospite, incredibile!), ma alle 07.30 di mattina zero remore a fare salotto con i proprietari a 2 metri dalla nostra porta, svegliandoci ogni giorno nemmeno fossimo a lavoro. Nel complesso, per il prezzo pagato, non ci si poteva aspettare il lusso, però almeno le basi....... Bene ma non benissimo.

Sehr schöner Garten, funktionales Wohnen

Die kleinen, funktionalen Appartements liegen nebeneinander in einem paradiesischen gepflegten, großen Garten. Diverse Freitbeschäftigungen (auch bei Reisen mit Kindern) sind vorhanden (siehe Anzeige) und deren Zustand ist super. Waschmaschine (gemeinschaftliche Nutzung) und Wäscheleine sowie das nötigste ist in den kleinen Appartments ist vorhanden. Unser Appartment war anfangs muffig, aber ansonsten wie in der Anzeige bzw. den Bewertungen geschrieben, funktionabel. Die beiden Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt hat es uns gut gefallen und ein Besuch ist zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank.
