Hotel bei Ebookers war bezahlt. Und bei Unterkunft musste ich nochmals 228 000 kolumbianischer Peso bezahlen. Ich dachte das ist Kaution. Wie ich feststelle. Habe ich nun dieses schlechte Hotel doppelt bezahlt. Nun habe ich eine Buchung in einem anderem Hotel. Wieder über Ebookers. Und die wollen nun auch wieder Geld. Obwohl bezahlt.. funktioniert ebookers nicht. Oder machen das die Hotels in Kolumbien so. Fühle mich nun betrogen und hätte gerne das Geld zurück.

Buen lugar de paso

Excelente atención en la recepción, limpieza y orden en la habitación, todo como en las fotos, sin embargo con un poco de olor a humedad. La comida me pareció muy costosa y mala, no la recomiendo, me dieron unas papas fritas transparentes de tanta grasa que tenían con un sabor amargo, ningún otro acompañante y la carne pasable. Les comenté y ni las disculpas, me sentí estafada.
