Perfection!

This is a perfect place to be to have personal relaxation and peace! So close to so so much but yet do not have to take your car. All you desire can be done on foot if needed/wanted! We will be back again due to the heavenly view and quaint area on 30A!

Excellent location and views!

We stayed in Dune Villas, 1A, the ground floor condo on the end of the complex, with a great view of the beach. Because we were on the end, there was no foot traffic going by. The unit was clean and very convenient to restaurants, stores, etc. There is a private beach for residents/guests of the small complex, which is really nice. Property was clean and well-stocked with kitchen basics and cleaning stuff. Stacked washer and dryer. We were very pleased with this rental.

The Perfect Condo!

What an amazing view? Stay here. Wanted to cleanest condo you’ll ever stay in at the beach? Stay here. A home away from home. Ronna’s communication was as perfect can get as perfect can be. I couldn’t recommend more highly and we will certainly return in the future. Hated to leave!

Perfect getaway

We were very happy with this location! It was my husband and myself with our two little boys. We found it to be an excellent location with a gorgeous view, easy access to the ocean with all the extras. Ronna was amazing at responding to any questions we had and the bed was comfortable. I wish it had a bathtub for the littles but we made do with just a shower. Biking was also a huge plus and conveniently located across the street. We will definitely stay here again.

A Condo With A View

This condo has a great view and it was the reason that I choose it for a long-delayed vacation. The condo was clean as advertised, which was very important to me. Although, the condo was "updated", the ice maker in the refrigerator didn't work and we had to use the one on the counter that didn't make ice very fast or a good quality. We brought ice in for our needs. In 45 + years of staying in condos; motels and beach houses, I've never had a commode seat become detached from the base. My husband and I are not overweight. When I informed the manager (?) of the problem, she discussed everything, but why I sent the email. I had to clean the coffee pot because it had coffee grounds in the back. Her responses were delayed for every email that I sent her. She was on vacation and service was hit and miss was her paraphrased response. I was very frustrated by the slow and sometimes non-response to issues that needed addresses ASAP, i.e. broken commode. The condo was supplied with appropriate equipment to cook in. We don't cook on vacation. Last, there is a long list of guest responsibilities that had been posted on the refrigerator for a long time. The edges of the paper were starting to curl. You might miss it, if you don't look closely. I sent the manager (?) a note that we were leaving a day early. I didn't hear back for hours and when I did, it didn't address that were leaving and answer my exit questions. She finally did respond, but we were on our way out.

Seaside FL beach

Nice condo and so enjoyed the beach right off the property, with coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Seaside is less busy than Destin which is just what we wanted. I just wish this was a two bedroom!
