Embrace the charm of Seagrove Beach at SOL, a newly renovated top-floor apartment with corner ocean views and just steps from a deeded beach access. This comfortable retreat offers a private entrance, spacious porch, and 4 complimentary bikes for exploring 30A. Enjoy the option to connect with the downstairs unit (MAR) for larger groups, creating a perfect beachside getaway.

Located on the corner of 30A and San Juan Ave in the heart of Seagrove Beach. Enjoy easy access to the beach, a short bike ride to Seaside, and nearby shops and restaurants.

Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

CANCELATION POLICY:

Perfect spot for small family! Right across the street from the Gulf of Mexico where we watched 4th of July firework shows all up and down the coastline. SOL had everything we needed and more- we'll be back!

Perfect stay!

The house and location could not have been more perfect for our family. Would definitely stay here again! Places to eat are about a mile away so for us it required driving since we have small kids (parking availability can be a pain so be patient). But you could easily bike there if that works for you.It is a very short walk to the beach, we rented chairs and umbrellas with one of the beach vendors, that was super convenient. .

Memorial Day on 30A

This was our second stay at SOL, and it was as perfect as our first. A beautiful place and an incredible location! From days spent on the beach reading and relaxing, to bikes rides to Seaside with breakfast at Black Bear and shopping, a short walk to dinner one night at Cafe 30A, and great meals at The Red Bar (our favorite) and 30A Amigos, our vacation could not have been any better. SOL has everything you will need and more. We highly recommend this property!

Everything was wonderful, except the weather was a bit cold! The location of this property is great! Close to so many restaurants, shops, and the beach! Having two full baths is rare, and always a plus!

Fantastic Beach Home

We loved this property! Beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. We spent so much time out on the large deck which made the flat seem so much bigger. It was an easy walk to the beach and the organic cafe for coffee. We have stayed at the owner’s other properties and we are big fans. She always has a puzzle to put together on a rainy day. We will rent this place again!

Perfect Place Perfect Location

My wife and I had a fabulous week at Sol. The place was perfect for the two of us. The location was ideal - across the street from the beach and a mile from Seaside. This place is a winner.

Gorgeous modern home! Perfect location!

We absolutely love this home and location. Right on 30a, across the street from the beach. A mile from seaside! The house is beautifully decorated with the living space extending to the outside deck. It is finished so well with everything you need for a great stay. All the beds slept great! We loved staying here and look forward to staying at ILI’s other properties also. We loved this place so much, we will definitely be staying there again. The location is close to everything with a short drive to Alys and Rosemary Beach. The property was very clean and every detail was thought throughout. We loved how the front porch on the second floor was so long and it was available for just us. Privacy and comfort was great!

Wonderful rental with a fabulous location

Great rental with updated decor and everything was in working order. Bed was super comfortable. The best thing about this rental was the fabulous location! Views of the ocean and a 1/2 block from the beach. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank yyou!

Modern Beach Charm

My husband, daughter and I stayed for two weeks at this adorable place and would return in a heartbeat! Our 11-yo set up camp in the top bunk and only came out for the beach or to move to the swinging chair. She was in heaven. SOL had everything we needed. And being fans of houses with character, this one was clearly built with a high level of craftsmanship. The bathroom decor was some of the most fun—it’s clear a lot of thought went into the whole decor, which made it very inviting and relaxing. The location was fantastic being only a block from the beach access. And Ili was a wonderful host, communicating proactively with us during bad weather with a plan that helped us feel prepared. Our only caution is don’t assume you can get packages delivered—the postal service delivers Amazon packages and the mailbox is off site. Still, Ili graciously helped us problem solved. We highly recommend this little gem!

Great location. Easy access. Just the right size for a family of 4 for the week.

Super easy beach week for us. Bring right on 30a meant walk to the beach, bike to everything else. Didn’t even need a golf cart. House was close enough that I didn’t even mind carrying my huge paddle board to the beach.
