Step into coastal calm where quiet mornings begin with the sound of sea breeze drifting through the trees and evenings settle into starlit skies. Stroll to the sugar-white sand just across 30A, spend lazy afternoons cooling off in the pool, or gather for dinner on the patio. Every corner is designed to let you pause, rest, and enjoy time together along the Emerald Coast.

The property is exactly as advertised. We had a slight issue with the cable remotes, I texted them and it was rectified within a few hours. I was very appreciative of that. Location is great for walking to the beach and riding bikes to Seaside. We really enjoyed our stay and would consider another visit if we come back to Sant Rosa Beach.

The kitchen was mostly equipped for cooking. I would suggest adding a skillet, a pizza pan, and a sheet pan. Plenty of utensils and other dishware.

Great location!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Life’s A Beach! Check-in was seamless, the house was spacious and as described, and it suited our family of 6 perfectly! We enjoyed riding the bikes downtown, and utilized the tennis/pickleball court, the pool and went to the beach several times. This was the perfect end of summer vacation!

Great location and value

We had a wonderful stay. The house is a 5-10 walk straight to the beach access, 2 min from the nice community pool, and a 5-8 min drive from Seaside shopping and entertainment, and grocery store. Our goal was to explore 30a. This house is convenient to the beach access, pool and within biking distance to seaside. We had a very comfortable stay with 7 people. The house is well equipped for cooking. It was great to have access to bikes and a small collection of beach gear. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved this beach house!

Loved everything about this place. Short walk to the beach and pool. The house was decorated In a comfortable style with rooms far enough apart to have your own privacy. Loved how the house was set in an older style neighborhood with large trees and landscaping that made it feel more like private homes than touristy, and made it nice to sit on the outdoor porches because of the shade. Will definitely try to book this home again.

Perfect beach location

This property was a short walk to the beach, and in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. It came perfectly equipped with all kitchen needs and comfortably accommodated our 6 guests. We loved our week at the beach! This house was perfect for our group. My favorite spot was the screened in porch, cute and cozy. We rode our bikes everywhere, especially to the beach access just across the street. Thanks for supplying everything we didn’t know we needed!

RELAXING OASIS

What a perfect getaway!!! We shared this beautiful home with friends and had the most relaxing time. The walk to the beach was NO big deal and the neighborhood is so quiet. The bikes were great for getting around the area for meals, etc. We enjoyed the farmer's markets on Saturday and Sunday morning. We will be back!!!

Extremely close to the beach and the neighborhood pool is literally a stones throw away. Recommend bringing own beach towels/detergent but it was all mentioned in the file sent. Comfortable stay!

Spotless and great location

The house was super clean which, for me, is the most important quality. We are active and loved playing tennis, pickleball, riding the four provided bikes, swimming in the pool and walking to Seaside. The walk to the beach is maybe 10 mins. and just across 30A at the North Andalusia public beach access. We felt it was close enough to walk back to house for bathroom and drinks. There are bike racks beach side, so we rode the bikes to and from the beach one day as well. The beach was not crowded at all in this location. We easily picked our spot each day. The screened porch is nice, but just too hot mid-summer to enjoy it. Plenty of room to spread out for 2 adults and 3 kids. Loved it. Hope to come back soon.
