We have a fully fenced private garden, with its sun loungers, tables and chairs for eating, a barbecue, outside shower and we have a gate that you can go directly to the pool without entering the house.on the first floor terrace we have a table and chairs to rest and on the roof terrace we have some sun loungers overlooking the pools and you can see from afar the horizon of the sea.the communal pools, one for children, another large one with water cascade and another garden area to play In the entrance of the complex each house has its parking ours is number 5.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with a freezer, fridge, microwave, kettle, ceramic hob, has an access door to the laundry room with washing machine, another fridge and a dishwasher. The house has high power Wifi, an alarm, a safe, smoke detector, fire extinguisher, in each bathroom we have a hairdryer, we also leave hand soap and one for the shower, we leave 3 towels for each person, one for the pool and two for the bath.
The beach of Cala Egos is 300m away, the beach of Calo des Pou is 500m away, 2 minutes from the centre where there are supermarkets, restaurants and shops. Next to the complex there are paddle courts that can be rented, a small mini golf course, attractions for children and a small bar-restaurant, at the moment it is open all year round. At 2km we have the marina of Porto Petro, where in winter all the restaurants are open.
