Outside this 17th-century estate, there's a generously sized chlorine pool, measuring 10 meters long by 5 meters wide. Its depth varies from 1.60 to 2.10 meters, offering a safe space for swimming and cooling off. It also features an area specially designed for children, ensuring fun for the whole family. Next to the pool, a porch equipped with a built-in barbecue invites you to share unforgettable moments with friends and loved ones. The nearby table offers the perfect place to enjoy delicious outdoor meals. This space combines the historic beauty of the estate with comfort.

The estate, with its rustic yet modernized charm, offers a cozy space spread over two floors. On the ground floor, a spacious living-dining room with Smart TV invites you to relax and enjoy leisure time. The independent kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob and all necessary amenities, including a dishwasher for added convenience, is the perfect place to prepare delicious dishes. Also on this floor, there's a room with a double bed, wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom with shower, offering privacy and comfort. An additional bathroom completes this level. Upstairs, you'll find four more bedrooms, each with two single beds, a wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom. Three of these bathrooms have showers, while one has a bathtub, ensuring maximum comfort for guests. For guests' convenience, there's a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. If traveling with a baby, we can provide a crib and high chair.

Santanyí, a charming municipality located in the southeast of Mallorca, is surrounded by almond and olive groves, as well as coves with crystal-clear waters. At the heart of the village, the main square is home to an 18th-century baroque church, and weekly markets are also held here. The coast is dotted with some of Mallorca's most beautiful coves, such as Cala Santanyí, Cala Llombards, and Cala Figuera, offering turquoise waters and white sand, perfect for swimming, snorkeling, or simply relaxing under the Mediterranean sun. Gastronomy is another highlight of Santanyí, with a wide variety of restaurants serving traditional Mallorcan dishes as well as international cuisine. - The holding of events is forbidden.
- There is exterior parking for 4 cars.
- There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years old, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay.
