Our very well-maintained and regularly renovated holiday home is centrally located in Cala Santanyi, just a few minutes' walk from the beach. The plot of more than 800 square metres is surrounded by palm trees and oleanders and laid out in a Mediterranean style. It offers a large, partly covered terrace with beach views, a 24 square metre pool, a pool area equipped with sun loungers and a barbecue area with a brick barbecue. There are also two roof terraces, from which you have a marvellous view over the beach and the bay of Cala Santanyi.
The light-flooded stone house with tower has a living area of 220 square metres spread over 3 floors and has a spacious living/dining area with an open, modern kitchen and adjoining pantry. The house also offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are en suite, as well as an additional daylight room. A cot is available on request. All rooms in the house have windows and therefore natural light. WIFI is available throughout the house, as well as a TV with satellite dish, with which German channels can also be received. The house is fully equipped with air conditioning for the warm summer months. Both the indoor and outdoor areas offer plenty of space to relax and unwind, as well as for cosy get-togethers. There is plenty of space for younger guests to play and run around. The house has its own car park.
The beach is embedded in a beautiful cove with restaurants and beach bars, only approx. 150 metres from the house. The nearest supermarket and restaurant are 100 metres away.
The beautiful Mallorcan town of Santanyi is only 3 km away and can be reached quickly by car (5 min), bicycle or on foot. Santanyi is known for its typical weekly market with remarkable stalls and many local products and its numerous restaurants. The surroundings of Santanyi offer many attractive bays and beaches, a challenging golf course as well as hiking and cycling trails.
