Holiday villa West with private pool, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi near the beach

Our holiday villa West is a stately three-story house built on a hillside. It comprises the main living area with three bedrooms on two floors and a more simply furnished apartment with two additional bedrooms. The apartment is accessed via steps leading down the side of the house, which also lead to the pool area and the utility room with a washing machine.

The beautiful villa is built in the typical Ibizan style of Cala D'Or, with a white facade and many windows that flood the rooms with light. Even the slightly lower-lying apartment benefits from plenty of natural light. The interior design is a blend of traditional and modern elements, giving the house a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.

Through the entrance hall, you enter the cozy living area with comfortable sofas, wingback chairs, and a fireplace. Large glass doors lead from here to the beautiful, partially covered terrace with a spacious outdoor dining area and stunning views of the lovely garden and the heart-shaped pool. A fully equipped kitchen with a large table in a charming, semicircular extension is located on the same level. Also on this level are two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both bedrooms have access to the lovely terrace and share a shower room. A staircase leads from the living room up to the large master bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a fantastic private terrace with sun loungers.

The apartment by the pool area is accessed through a small kitchenette; a narrow hallway leads to two small double bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. Both bedrooms share a shower room. The entire apartment overlooks the beautiful pool. There, next to the barbecue area, is a lovely shaded pergola with a dining table and chill-out area. From the pool area, a garden path leads to the access path to the sandy cove of Cala Petita, which is only 80 meters away.

Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms of the main house (3 bedrooms) and 1 unit in the living area of the apartment by the pool, with a fixed and limited operating schedule from 9pm to 9am.

Linen and towel changes, as well as mid-term cleanings, are available for an additional fee.
