The villa is divided into two independent residences designed to suit different needs:

Main House 180 m² accommodates 8 guests with 4 en-suite bedrooms, a living room with library, dining area and large terraces with sea views.

The Guest House 50 m² is a cosy studio for 2 guests with a bathroom, kitchen and lounge overlooking the Mediterranean.

IMPORTANT ASPECTS REGARDING RATES AND PAYMENTS:

1. Cleaning Costs

Stays up to one week:
Final cleaning: 500 €

Stays of two weeks:
Mid-stay cleaning (2 hours/2 people): 113 €
Final cleaning at the end of the second week: 500 €

Stays of three weeks:
Two mid-stay cleanings: 113 € each
Final cleaning at the end of the third week: 500 €

2. Tourist Tax: 2 € per adult per day for the first 7 days.

3. Off-season (15/10 to 15/04): Heating surcharge for the house 500 € per week.

4. Late Check-in: From 20:00 to 24:00: +45 €

5. Late Check-in: After 24:00: +70 €

6. Off-season, October to May: A charge of 50 € per person per day for each guest beyond the 8th person.

7. Heated Pool Option

Weekly Option: Price: 350 € per week (200 € base price + 100 € for electricity consumption based on actual usage)

Monthly Option: Price: 1,000 € per month (600 € base price + 400 € for electricity consumption based on actual usage)
