A True American Review

This hotel is about average for Santarem, but is great for the cost. Room is very small and compact, with inadequate closet for hanging clothes or to use for computer use. Free breakfast is the best we found, and their coffee is something to write home about if nothing else. I found the Hotel Staff as warm and friendly if approached, otherwise, the lack interest in their hotel guests. If looking for very inexpensive lodging, close to the river, you can't go wrong here. I however would prefer to spend a little more nightly and stay at the Prata or New London Hotels.

Would never stay again

Our keycard constantly had to be reset. Housekeeping didn’t change all the linens the sink never got wiped down. Our second night in the middle of the night our door was opened because somehow the person working didn’t know our room was taken. Mattress killed my back

Não gostei do café

Achei aceitável, porém o café da manhã estava péssimo, zero opções, só tinha café e pão seco, nem ovo frito eles podem fazer, apenas um suco de caju péssimo e algumas fatias de abacaxi, achei o pior café que tomei em um hotel, zero opções, não vale o valor da diária que paguei.

Hotel caiu muito a qualidade, tivemos que trocar de quarto 3 vezes e em todos tinha algum problema, ou era chuveiro ruim ou a cama ruim e ainda o café da manhã estava muito fraco

Frustrante

As fotos do quarto do hotel não coincidiram com a realidade, sem contar que o chuveiro era gelado. Fui reclamar na recepção e eles disseram que como a minha reserva era no quarto econômico, a água realmente não esquentava. Eu nunca vi isso na minha vida! Sem contar que não tinha isso na descrição da reserva. O barulho da central do ar condicionado que ficava do lado de fora do quarto era extremamente alto e não tinha como dormir bem. Fui pedir para me trocarem de quarto ou fazerem alguma coisa por mim e mais uma vez me decepcionei, pois a gerente falou que não poderia fazer nada, mas se eu quisesse cancelar a reserva ela não iria me cobrar (kkkkkk). Cheguei até a procurar outros hotéis, mas como era Uma sexta após réveillon, estava caríssimo e não haviam vagas. Pedi um secador, pois pelo menos isso havia na descrição do hotel e como se não bastasse, eles não disponibilizaram, pois não tinha UM secador de cabelos em um hotel com 103 quartos. Para encerrar a frustração e como seria de se esperar, o café da manhã é horrível e com pouquíssimas opções. Pedi para a funcionária fazer uma ovo mexido para mim sem leite pois eu sou intolerante a lactose e ela me respondeu que ia ver se dava, pq ela tinha muita coisa pra fazer na cozinha (kkkkkkk). Resumindo: uma experiência que eu não desejo a ninguém.

O hotel é razoável. O problema é que o elevador está sempre em manutenção. Alguns recepcionistas atendem de forma leniente ao hóspede. As recepcionistas tem mais atenção.

Péssima escolha

A localização é feia. Cidade mal cuidada, orla destruída. Hotel simples e muito mal acabado. Embora o acabamento seja novo, é de péssimo gosto. Na área de estacionamento é uma sujeira, cheio de entulho. O quarto da ala central não possui janela, não tem como ver a luz do dia e nem se anoiteceu. Quartos cheios de cama. Cuba da pia do banheiro era inox, muito estranho. Toalhas de baixa qualidade e café da manhã sofrível. Não recomendo e não voltaria.

Hotel simple et agréable

Hotel très correct pour le prix proposé un peu à l'écart du "centre "pouvant être relié directement par la promenade très agréable le long du fleuve en moins de 30 min à pied ou 5 min en taxi .Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre familiale très spacieuse avec terrasse avec vue sur fleuve , port et " rencontre de eaux" .Petit déjeuner sympathique avec choix diversifié En conclusion bon rapport qualité/prix pour cet hôtel
