A fully stocked kitchen and grilling area are provided for culinary quests. For anglers and boat enthusiasts, there is a boat ramp and slips onsite. Our condo has a new HVAC unit and ceiling fans throughout. Experience what Santee has to offer with a stay at our beautiful condo. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn HVAC to 76 degrees during warm months and 65 degrees during cold months.
Place all soiled bed linens on bathroom floor in a pile and towels in tub.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
