We just had a great stay at the Hotel Boutique Casa Conde. The hotel is full of character and charm… right down to the creaky floors. Our room was simple, clean and well maintained. The proprietors retired couple Alfredo and Patricia were wonderful hosts, so warm and friendly. We also met their daughter and super cute grandson. Whenever I travel I always try to stay at a local hotel that reflects the local country and culture, this one is a gem. The building itself is quite old (which is part of the charm) so there is no elevator but there is always help getting your suitcases up and down the stairs. I loved this place and would return in a heartbeat.

The room and whole hotel was spotless! It was clean and felt fresh and wonderful to return to at the end of each day. The entire staff was beyond incredible--they were always ready to help the second we asked for something whether it was small or big. Breakfast was cooked fresh for us each morning and was served in a lovely room.

Our first visit to Santiago & staying at Hotel Boutique Casa Conde made it truly great. The hotel is a stunning historic building with spacious and airy rooms and real character. The rooms were spotlessly clean & aircon on these hot January days very welcomed. Even better are the staff. Fernanda made us a beautiful breakfast every morning and was very helpful with any questions we had. All the staff we saw were friendly. A pleasure to spend the start of our vacation here.

This is an older hotel in an old part of town but is well kept and the people are wonderful. Nice atmosphere if you like older neighborhoods. Be very careful with the criminal elements in the area. The hotel area is good but do not venture too far away.

I had a very pleasant 4-night long weekend stay at Casa Conde. Everything was excellent -- the room, breakfast, the neighborhood, dining and entertainment options, parking, and most especially the staff. And the hotel dog Romeo. I will definitely come back and stay here again in future trips to Santiago.

Well located and good value hotel

Attentive staff and easy check-in and check-out. Clean and spacious room with good AC and pretty interiors. Many places of interest are within walking distance and the immediate area is safe. Good quality breakfast. I would stay here again.
