Hotel con un servicio excelente. Personal amable y hospitalario. Puntos positivos: 1 - Ubicación estratégica que permite un fácil acceso a las principales atracciones turísticas. 2 - Ducha con buena temperatura (habitación triple). 3 - Fácil acceso a tiendas, casas de cambio, restaurantes, supermercado y metro. 4 - Habitación espaciosa (habitación triple). 5 - Checkin rápido. 6 - Cama y almohadas cómodas. 7 - Servicio impecable, acogedor, amable y atento por parte del personal (especialmente Hernán, Gustavo y otros recepcionistas cuyos nombres no recuerdo, pero a quienes agradezco enormemente su excelente atención). 8 - Personal maravilloso que me hizo sentir como en casa. 9 - Personal preocupado por el bienestar, la comodidad y la seguridad de los huéspedes. 10 - Vista al Cerro Santa Lucía. 11 - Hotel cerca de la Feria de Santa Lucía (lugar con buenos precios para comprar regalos y souvenirs). Puntos negativos: 1- Internet malo (lento, intermitente y no funciona en todas las áreas del hotel ni en algunas partes de la habitación triple). 2- El acceso al hotel y a las habitaciones es a través de muchas escaleras, lo que dificulta el acceso a personas mayores y personas con movilidad reducida que puedan alojarse en el hotel. Valoración general: Recomiendo este hotel y, en mi próximo viaje a Santiago, sin duda volveré a quedarme allí.

Hotel com atendimento maravilhoso. Equipe cordial com uma excelente receptividade. Pontos Positivos: 1 - Localização estratégica permitindo o fácil acesso aos principais pontos turísticos. 2 - Chuveiro com bom controle de temperatura (quarto triplo). 3 - Fácil acesso ao comércio, casas de câmbio, restaurantes, supermercado e metrô. 4 - Quarto espaçoso (quarto triplo). 5 - Checkin ágil. 6 - Cama e travesseiros confortáveis. 7 - Atendinento incrivelmente impecável, acolhedor, educado e cativante por parte dos funcionários (em especial à Hernan, Gustavo e demais recepcionistas cujos nomes esqueci mas sou muito grato pelo excelente atendimento). 8 - Equipe maravilhosa que me fez sentir verdadeiramente acolhido e em casa. 8 - Funcionários preocupados com o bem estar, conforto e segurança dos hóspedes. 9 - Vista ao Cerro de Santa Lúcia. 10 - Hotel próximo à Feira de Santa Lúcia (local com bons preços para comprar presentes/souvenirs). Pontos negativos: 1 - Internet ruim (lenta, intermitente e não funciona em todas as áreas do hotel e em alguns pontos do quarto) 2 - Acesso ao hotel e aos quartos através de muitas escadas comprometendo o acesso de idosos e pessoas com mobilidade reduzida que porventura se hospedem no hotel. Avaliação geral: Recomendo esse hotel e, na próxima viagem a Santiago, com certeza me hospedarei novamente.
