This apartment is very bad, the air conditioning doesn’t work, it was hot, there was no balcony, it was dirty, there was not even a fan. I paid for and selected an apartment which was supposed to be better, clean, with a balcony and an air conditioner and that matched the pictures on Expedia. What I recieved was fraud. I went to open the windows at night to allow a cool breeze and instead I was overwhelmed with the stench of pigeon feces and urine. It was so bad the neighbor next door was pouring water on my window ledge and trying to scrub the pigeon feces from the ledge with a broom. This is a extremely unhealthy environment. There was not even a fan to use. I did not stay two nights because this apartment is too disgusting to sleep in more than one night. I also saw evidence of bed bugs. For the amount I paid I should have had a far better experience with this apartment. I think I’ve been deceived and a victim of fraud. I want a full refund.

The hotel shares an office / residence building. The first room the carpet was deplorable - stained beyond belief. After returning the next week the room had a hardwood floor and was much nicer. The “breakfast” is various dry packaged single serving cereal, cookies, instant coffee, tea bag. Single serve hermetically sealed (with straw insert) milk and juice. Type and brands of all items changed from day to day. From a healthy cereal to a sugar cereal - from a skim Milk to a 2%milk. The documentation is all Spanish. The communication was not the best. Also, the elevator down to the second floor office left you stranded at the second floor. Even after returning to the hotel a week later, the elevator second floor call button was not repaired. The second floor call button and would not call the elevator back to the second floor in order to return to the room. You had to walk downstairs and outside to get back in to the hotel IF the lobby guard who dies not work for the hotel was even there to open the door.

NICE STAY FOR A SMALL FAMILY!

NICE STAY, RESIDENTIAL AREA CLOSE TO CAFETERIAS, RESTAURANTS, FARMACY AND A SMALL CONVINIENT STORE. ALSO VERY CLOSE TO THE SUBWAY! STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND THERE IS 24 HOUR SECURITY AT THE ENTRANCE. FURNITURE IS OUTDATED, THEY NEED TO REPLACE IT, BUT THE APARTMENT IS ESPACIOUS AND QUITE.

Friendly staff, close to points of interest

What's nice is this hotel is right next to the Metro, like a four minute walk to Escuela Militar subway station. This makes it a location with access to nearby Bella Vista (15 minutes using subway), but there are also some nice looking restaurants within a five minute walk of the hotel, and a store that is open pretty late. We checked in quite late, like 22:00, and they were very accommodating to that. The room had a nice patio with a wonderful view, and it was relatively quiet, except you could hear traffic, but that is to be expected in the city.

Wohnung in einen Wohnhaus

Diese Wohnung heißt wahrscheinlich Escuela Militar weil sie nicht weit davon entfernt ist. Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Las Condes. Bis zum Tower Constanera waren es ca 4,5 Km. Es gibt alles was man benötigt in der Nähe. Die Fensterverschlüsse waren alle defekt. Daher könnte man die Fenster nicht richtig verschließen. Entsprechend laut war der Lärm von der Straße. Die Küche und das Bad benötigen mal eine Generalreinigung

É um apart hotel num prédio antigo. sala + qto + coz + banh. Mobiliado com o básico. As 4 cadeiras da sala estavam bambas, prestes a quebrar. Eu caí na 1a vez que sentei e por pouco não me machuco. Comprei saca rolhas, cuba de gelo, taças de vinho, que não existiam na cozinha. Éramos 3 pessoas e uma dormiria no sofá cama da sala. Havia somente um aquecedor elétrico no quarto. Peguei emprestado um com um amigo. Foi o que salvou. Tudo o citado acima foi reportado à gerente da APART-HOTEIS. Todos (gerente, camareira, porteiros) extremamente amáveis. O pior de tudo foi a água quente, que ficava somente aquecida. O banho foi o terror. Desista de ir na estação de baixa temperatura. O local é ótimo, cercado de restaurantes, a 200m do metrô, e quase em frente à SKY TOTAL. Parque (shopping) Arauco a 1km.

Buena estadía

Buena ubicación, tranquilidad y seguridad. Tenia lo necesario para mi hospedaje por un fin de semana.
