The level of service was impeccable. Our flight arrived early in the morning and we were unable to check-in until later in the day. We could have easily decided to explore the city, but coming from Minnesota and having arrived on the "Red-Eye", we decided to lounge in the hotel. The bartenders were very knowledgeable about the area and were more than accommodating to suggest a variety of restaurants, bars and attractions. I had the privilege of trying some local drinks and I cant thank the bartenders enough. This is the Ritz-Carlton. What else do I have to say?

I actually wrote the concierge that I was very impressed with the timely, friendly and helpful client services at RC. All of the other material assets are also very nice; beds, bathrooms, pools, etc, etc but the most impressive was the staff and their attention to timely service and detail. I will stay at RC in general and RC Santiago again for sure. Thanks.

I loved my stay with Ritz Carlton, albeit short for two nights. Caesar and the front desk were wonderful. Everything in this property is brilliant - breakfast top notch, pool warm and clean, gym with plenty of equipment. Would one hundred percent recommend to anyone considering a visit to Santiago.
