We were 3 people and had two towels. We asked for a third towel all 3 day and not not once we’ve got towel. The room are very run down and the carpet was extremely dirty. Parking was always a problem and the hotel smelled moldy or humid.

We have stayed on 2 other occassions and it was excellent. This occassion we asked for a king size confirmed at check in. However. The room we had had two very small beds and when we called the front desk the receptionist was eude and pretty much said this is whats available. Also, the AC was not working properly. Fortunately, it was a 1 day stay. We were not satisfied with our stay.

Ive been to the hotel 3 times never a problem till now at check out they tried to charge me for 6 items used from the mini bar for almost 8 dollars each which where never even in the mini bar good thing i took a video as i entered the room if not i would be out of 50 plus dollars also they charged me 350 pesos for a chicken soup i refused because it had no chicken only broth hope they get it together because the service is good and nice property but seems like they trying to penny pinch right now

My room smelled strongly of humidity, and I woke up with a stuffy nose. There were dehumidifiers in the hallways. Later, they moved me to another unit that didn’t have a refrigerator for my food, and there was a leak dripping onto the sofa and a light fixture hanging from the bathroom ceiling. The damp sheets made it very uncomfortable. Felt like in a very low class hotel with my daughter.

Initially, there was some mix up with the room I booked. We got it sorted and the room was clean, staff were pleasant. The hotel was better than I expected for the cost.
