Hotel room was not clean. Dirty disgusting carpets, outdated and old furniture, room smelled like mildew and moisture, ac did not work, and tub needed a reglaze. The worst hotel I’ve ever experienced. I initially was aiming to stay at a Marriott property but I thought to try something new and the pictures of this hotel seemed like it would be a pleasant stay. I checked out 2 days early, they wouldn’t issue a prorated refund and I actually did not care and took it as a lesson learned. Book at your own risk!

I like the hotel, nice property but I feel violated because someone who had access to my room stole my personal property out of one of my bags. Good trip, then to get home and realize someone went into my bag stole my jewelry hurts and disappointed.

Place was not in good conditions. Looked very old (Rooms ,bathrooms, carpet) everything in the room smells like mold.) stayed there two years ago and the place was not like it was this time. 🤔 Also restaurant at the 8th floor was NOT GOOD AT ALL. Waiting 1.5 hrs for some food and when it came it was cold and it had no flavor. Manager was no help. Staff were very friendly though.
