Did not see the staff once (our cab driver knew the owner and helped us get into our rooms). Rooms were not totally clean (my towels smelled funny, my friend’s sheets were not clean). My friend’s room did not seem well maintained (multiple lights didn’t work, toilet didn’t work and no one was sent to fix it, etc.). The mini fridges in both rooms were not plugged in, which we didn’t realize until we’d already put food in them. Shower got warm but not hot. My room window was open (with no screen) when I got there, which meant I found multiple flies (2) and spiders (3) in the room. Hotel is quite a long walk away from everything. Would not stay here again.

Terribile. La camera non corrispondeva in alcun modo alle foto della prenotazione. Non aveva alcuna finestra che dava sull'esterno. C'era una sola finestra, che dava su uno spazio chiuso. Si capisce quindi che la camera era umidissima, con il bagno interno che versava in condizioni pietose (tra crepe, sifoni mancanti e quant'altro). L'odore di muffa era nauseante. La pulizia pessima! E non parlo tanti del pavimento (anch'esso con macchie ovunque, sia chiaro), ma piuttosto degli asciugamani che sono dati in dotazione ad inizio permanenza: sporchi e con macchie! A tutto ciò va aggiunta la completa assenza del gestore, mai visto per tutta la nostra permanenza. L'unico contatto che abbiamo avuto con lui è stato via telefono quando, a metà permanenza, abbiamo chiesto una pulizia giornaliera della stanza. Ovviamente non è arrivata

Evitad ir a este alojamiento. El día antes nos cambiaron de hotel sin ninguna razón. Entonces descubrimos en Booking muchas reviews de viajeros a los que les hicieron lo mismo, a parte de que era un hotel en condiciones de limpieza muy malas. Para nosotros ya era tarde porque ya habíamos pagado nuestra estancia y ni el alojamiento ni hoteles se hacen responsables de nada. Llegamos por la noche y no había nadie, No hay carteles, está alejado del centro, se llega por una carretera sin arcen, sin luz y con mucho tráfico. Finalmente decidimos irnos y buscar otro sitio ya que íbamos con una niña pequeña. Hay muchas otras opciones por precios similares en Fira, más centricas y decentes.
