This villa was constructed in 2021 on our family-owned land in the peaceful settlement of Foinikia, and combines a luxurious local atmosphere. One of its notable features is its close proximity to a wide range of amenities, ensuring a truly relaxing holiday experience. Within a short walk, you'll discover a small grocery store, charming local restaurants offering delectable cuisine, as well as stunning churches. Nearby, you'll find convenient free public parking. By taking a leisurely ten-minute stroll from Foinikia, you'll arrive at the breathtaking caldera and the vibrant village of Oia. Foinikia itself is a tranquil village, perfectly complemented by the Pink Freud Villas, which offer the dual advantage of being able to indulge in Oia's renowned sunset, exceptional shopping, lively bars, and fine dining establishments, while being able to retreat to the serene oasis of your private pool for an evening drink.
This villa has two floors, a generous ground floor adorned with a spacious living room featuring a flat screen smart TV, two cozy couches, an open plan fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, and a bathroom.
