A slight view of the beach through a small window. I stayed out as long as I could to keep from spending time in the room. The bathroom was dirty and dingy. I wiped everything down with Clorox wipes before I touched anything. I showered with flip flops. The beds were clean and I slept well - the only reason I gave it a two star. The location was great as well.

The Hotel was in nice location near the beach and many restaurants and shopping. Hotel was clean, Parking was expensive and you can't leave and then come back on your own or you pay additional. Room was ok. Nothing special. A bit small. shower wasn't great and leaked water on floor. There was very little soap and no wash cloths. We had to ask for extra pillows. Only had 2 on bed when we checked in. Not sure if it's cultural thing but they had sheet on mattress that wasn't fitted sheet. A/C worked good.

Only book this place if absolutely nothing else is available. The only thing that it has going for it is the close location near Gonzaga beach. No hand towels are provided. The wifi is terrible. The pillows were so bad that we had to go to a store and buy replacements. Water was leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom. The TV remote for the tiny TV barely worked. We had to buy soap because the supplied soap bars were barely usable. The tail light of my car was ripped off somehow in the paid valet parking lot. The hotel looks nice on the outside and appears like it would be a great place to stay. This is a quintessential example of a hotel brand that does not care about their product. Needless to say, I will not be back.

Prós: O atendimento na recepção foi excelente. Cheguei em cima da hora para um compromisso e, como já havia feito o check-in online, avisei que estava com pressa. O atendente, muito solícito, foi extremamente rápido, educado e compreensivo. O check-out também foi ágil, e as atendentes foram muito cordiais. A localização do hotel e a vista para o mar também foram pontos positivos. Contras: Pelo valor pago na diária, considerei o serviço oferecido muito aquém do esperado. O telefone do quarto não funcionava, e a camareira deixou apenas uma toalha após a troca, mesmo eu estando hospedada com meu noivo. Não houve reposição dos sabonetes; aliás, eram fornecidos apenas sabonetes de banho, shampoo e sabonete para as mãos. Nem mesmo uma touca de banho estava disponível — item que considero básico e que costuma ser oferecido até por hotéis de categoria inferior. Na manhã de sábado e novamente quando retornamos ao hotel à tarde para tomar banho, havia um ruído irritante de furadeira no andar. Além disso, era possível ouvir praticamente todo o barulho do corredor, como portas batendo e conversas. Apenas a janela parecia ter isolamento acústico adequado. O chuveiro demorava muito para aquecer, e não havia água quente na pia, o que foi bastante desconfortável durante uma estadia no outono, com temperaturas oscilando entre 16 °C e 20 °C. Resumindo: instalação inferior ao que deveria ter sido ofertado num hotel 3 estrelas com diária no valor de R$ 420,75 em baixa temporada e sem café.

O quarto ficou muito pequeno, sem espaço para secar a roupa de praia. Antes era só para 2 pessoas, tinha uma mesa, cadeira, agora tem 1 cama de solteiro e mais nada, ficou sem espaço para nada. Eu fui com a minha filha, pedi desde que entrei para colocar os 2 quartos no mesmo andar, colocaram em andar diferente e o elevador com minha chave só parava no meu andar, não conseguia levar as coisas para meu neto, ficou muito ruim nossa estadia.
