The house is distributed over 3 floors:

GROUND FLOOR with garage for 6 vehicles and full bathroom, with shower. Access via external stairs to the entrance of the house.

FIRST FLOOR, where we can find:

- LIVING ROOM: Room with access to terrace, spacious and very bright, with 2 sofas (3+2 seats), smart TV (55”) and table with 6 chairs.

- KITCHEN: Fully equipped (vitro, oven, combi, dishwasher, microwave,...).

- DINING ROOM: Between the kitchen and living room, in a separate room, there is a dining room, with a table for 6 people.

- TOILET: In which we can find the washing machine, thermos, a toilet and sink.

FIRST FLOOR, which contains the 4 bedrooms that the house has and 2 bathrooms (both with bathtubs).

- BEDROOM 1: With a 135cm bed, bathroom and large window with access to a small balcony.- BEDROOM 2: With a 135cm bed, and views of the outdoor terrace and garden.- BEDROOM 3: With 2 90cm beds and views of the beach.- BEDROOM 4: With 2 90cm beds, large dressing room and views of the garden.

-BATHROOM: Independent from the rooms, with toilet and bidet in a separate room from the sink and bathtub.

OUTSIDE AREA

- TERRACE with outdoor furniture (2 sun loungers, table with 4 chairs and parasol, and table with 2 +1 +1 seating) and barbecue.​To confirm your reservation, your card will be charged 25% as an advance payment for the reservation and then the remaining 75% one month before your check-in
