Excelente localização, confortável, cozinha ok

Quarto muito confortável e com utensílios de cozinha suficientes para preparar refeição e café. Congelador estava tomado de gelo. Ralo do box não tem boa drenagem o que faz o vidro não segurar de forma suficiente a água, invadindo o banheiro. Ducha excepcional. Avenida muito movimentada o que faz do quarto não muito silencioso nos horários de pico, apesar de estar no sexto andar.

Estadia excelente!

Tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa O quarto nos surpreendeu positivamente: tudo de ótima qualidade, limpo, organizado e muito confortável. A cama é excelente, com quatro travesseiros que garantiram ótimas noites de sono. O ferro de passar estava funcionando perfeitamente e foi muito útil. O quarto é bem equipado, com micro-ondas, cafeteira (inclusive com café, açúcar e filtro disponíveis!), geladeira e uma mesa com móveis bem planejados. Ficamos três dias e houve limpeza e organização diária — só não trocaram as toalhas, mas isso não comprometeu nossa experiência. O atendimento da equipe foi impecável: recepcionistas atenciosos e os manobristas extremamente educados e prestativos. A localização também é excelente, o que facilitou nossos deslocamentos. O café da manhã não estava incluso, mas meu esposo optou por experimentar e gostou bastante — simples, mas muito bom. Recomendo totalmente e, com certeza, voltaremos. Para mim, o hotel é nota 10!

Foi tudo tranquilo! Estava tudo bem limpo! A estrutura do prédio não é nova, mas estava em ordem! Tive apenas uma situação na chegada quanto ao estacionamento, que acabei pagando quando estava incluído.

Tudo perfeito.

Foi tudo excelente. O flat compartilha os mesmos serviços dos hóspedes do hotel, como recepção, arrumação do quarto, academia, etc. a sauna estava em manutenção. O café da manhã do hotel, se desejar, pode ser utilizado (pago a parte). A única queixa foi a comunicação, pois uma pessoa entrou em contato pedindo meus dados. Achei estranho mas depois entendi que era a empresa que administra o flat.
