Stylish and comfortable apartment, with an entrance through the famous Benedito Calixto Square and 10 min walking from Oscar Freire or Vila Madalena. With stylish decor, it has an open and well-equipped kitchen, including an oven, comfortable bed, good furniture, cabinets, air conditioning and other care.

Building with excellent structure: swimming pool, gym, laundry (included in the price, but the service takes 3 working days to be done) and secure garage.

For everyone's safety, the Building requires guests to send their document prior to arrival. After booking, you must send us an ID photo of all guests.

Visitors are not allowed.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is by 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask and we will check availability.

Stained bed linen and towels may be charged. Do not use the trousseau to remove makeup, as they cause permanent stains.
