Um excelente custo benefício, com boa localização

A localização é excelente, pertissimo do metro. O quarto é renovado e estava limpo e organizado. O check in foi feito virtualmente e foi tranquilo. No geral, é um excelente custo benefício. A única melhoria seria em termos do barulho. As janelas são antigas e a noite você escuta tudo da avenida. Mas, eu consegui dormir bem mesmo assim!

Dirty linen, poor quality furniture, smelly shampoo, and incredibly LOUD. The receptionists say they're gonna help but they do nothing. No maintenance, no communication, zero accessibility... Terrible stay. Would not come back.

I had a room without a window that need a fresh paint job. I politely requested a different room, because I was going to be there for multiple days. Never happened. Maybe I should have pushed harder, especially when I saw roomd available on the website, but decided to just be quiet. The staff was pleasant enough, however, if you have better options, consider those first.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this property. The service was the worst I've ever encountered—both the staff and the manager were hostile and unfriendly, making us feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived. To make matters worse, the noise levels were unbearable; it was noisy all night, and I didn't get any sleep at all. The so-called "studio" is a complete scam. We measured it, and it is exactly 2.5 meters by 4.5 meters, to the millimeter, which IS including the shower and the corridor from the door. This matchbox-sized ridiculous room ("STUDIO APARTMENT"???????) leaves hardly any space to move around. There's only one chair, and the "kitchen" consists of a single electric heater. We felt suffocated and cramped the entire time. Booking this place for two weeks in advance was the biggest mistake we've ever made. It was a miserable experience, and we will never even contemplate visiting this awful place again. Avoid at all costs!

O quarto possui móveis de baixa qualidade. O sofá-cama estava com as rodinhas entortadas, deixando a cama inclinada. Vazamento no banheiro, deixando piso molhado. Torneira fria do chuveiro quebrada, tivemos que adaptar para poder girar a torneira. Preço acessível e localizado próximo à estação de metrô.

Muito Barulho nos corredores e nos aptos ao lado. Estávamos em 04 andares e todos ficaram insatisteitos com o barulho. Talvez por ser um prédio muito velho, as paredes são finas e escutamos tudo nos corredores e nos outros aptos. Única vantagem é a localização, mas para estacionar tem que ser em um lava-jato próximo que cobra por diária. Travesseiros estremamente finos. Lençol muito fino, toalhas muito finas. Sem comunicação com a recepção para qualquer coisa. Temos que descer para falar com eles. Quarto muito estreito e apertado. Parece que tudo foi improvisado.

A estadia foi tranquila! Perto de vários restaurantes, supermercado e padaria! A parte chata foi que entraram duas vezes no meu apartamento enquanto eu dormia. Me senti insegura e reclamei na recepção que informou ter havido uma falha na comunicação entre a recepção e os camareiros. Ainda assim não me senti tranquila.
