We have stayed here many times and every time we have some kind of issue. Ac rarely works, showers are always with some kind of issue. This was definitely the last time we stayed. And Charlie, the company who runs the place is just terrible. Customer service is all done online and they are very unhelpful

The location is convenient, but the heavy traffic creates significant noise. Scheduling cleaning a day in advance was inconvenient, and the fixtures were of poor quality. The bathroom layout felt awkward and there was a slight sewer odor.

Acho que o anúncio pode ser um pouco mais específico, chegamos por volta das 16, mas a piscina somente até as 18, não mencionava nada, as acomodações pode ter apenas mais de 1 travesseiro, e o banheiro precisa dar uma atenção maior, estava com lodo no Box e as cortinas precisam ser lavadas, cheira tbm, mas no mais tudo dentro do informado.
