I had an excellent stay at the Hilton Guarulhos Airport. The staff is absolutely amazing — very polite, attentive, and always willing to help. The location right next to the airport is perfect, and the shuttle service makes everything incredibly convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, exactly what you need before or after a long flight. Highly recommended.

The staff were great; very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service is on time and very convenient. The low rating is because 1. The internet hasn’t been updated since the early 90s, still clocking in at about 3 Mbps, basically unusable for modern apps. 2. My room had plumbing issues and my friend’s AC didn’t work. Both were immediately addressed by the staff, again testament to the high quality of the staff. 3. The hotel feels a little delapidated. It needs an overal “freshening up”. 4. My room had been sprayed with some sweet perfume, perhaps to cover another odor? Don’t think I’d stay there again.

The two front desk ladies (curly black hair with glasses and blonde highlighted hair no glasses) were unfriendly and unhelpful. They tried charging for early check in, luggage storage till I get my room, and for using a restroom for freshening up saying that I have to pay for water costs because I don’t have a room yet. Loud noise 24x7 as airplanes land/ takeoff, bad noise insulation. Took 50 mins to go to airport because of traffic. Expedia should not work with such hotels. I will never stay here.

Shuttle on time. Staff great. Breakfast buffet fantastic. Stayed twice. First floor OK and given air traffic pattern very noisy! Second stay on 4th Floor: room great, different air traffic pattern, very quiet. Driving around area near hotel very complicated and many wild drivers.
