A clean good sized room. There was some black mould in the shower, but otherwise it was clean. Being an airport hotel, some planes went right over the hotel and it was very loud, but otherwise it was pretty quiet. Restaurant was good, staff were friendly, breakfast was varied with something for everyone

Hotel shuttle did not arrive and operates very infrequently, only one per hour and no shuttle for 2 hours during lunch break. Uber and taxi from GRU is a better option they are cheap Otherwise hotel was good

The service at the front desk was mediocre, no one appeared happy. When o made the reservation I indicated one adult and one child, I was then charge for the child again at the front desk. The room was decent and the bed was comfortable. However I will not return.

Room was spotless, lovely bathroom and beautiful amenities. The staff is stellar-talk about feeling happy and welcomed! They also have a restaurant with great food you can get straight to your room, and a bar with lovely Chilean reds. If you want to be ready to/from the airport, this place is great! And the shuttle to the airport is good, great driver, we felt safe and arrived in good time. Book here, it’s worth it❤️
