Minha experiência no hotel foi abaixo do esperado. A edificação é antiga e fiquei hospedado em um quarto próximo ao elevador, o que gerou bastante barulho no corredor, principalmente à noite. Em um momento de madrugada, houve até uma situação em que a recepcionista falou alto ao lado do quarto com alguém que estava do lado de fora, o que acabou atrapalhando ainda mais o descanso. Durante o dia, percebi um cheiro forte de cigarro no corredor, algo bem desagradável. O quarto também deixou a desejar em alguns pontos simples, como a ausência de espelho, que fez falta para minha esposa, além de não contar com frigobar. O estacionamento é limitado, com poucas vagas disponíveis, o que pode ser um problema dependendo da ocupação. Também solicitei um check-out um pouco mais tarde, mas não foi autorizado. Não utilizei o café da manhã, então não posso opinar sobre esse serviço. No geral, acredito que o hotel poderia melhorar bastante na questão de conforto e organização para oferecer uma experiência mais agradável aos hóspedes.
