Excelente localização, espaço foi perfeito para 3 pessoas. Fotos exatas com a realidade. Única observação que deixo registrado é que o ar condicionado do quarto precisa de manutenção e a TV do quarto não conseguimos sintonizar . Os controles remotos sem pilha ou não funcionam. Também não conseguimos comunicação com a recepção porque o telefone não funcionava, mas nada disso impactou nossa hospedagem. Indico e voltarei sempre que possível.

At my arrival there was no one and no information about the room, it took half hours to get information. TV in room do not work. Bathroom and wc in sad conditions. There is a good furniture in living room and kitchen.

Bem localizado, o apartamento é um quarto e sala de bom tamanho e bem equipado, a garagem do prédio é ótima e com manobrista, sem custo adicional. Tem um Mercado ao lado do prédio. Não é um apart hotel, não tem nenhum tipo de serviço de hotelaria. Tem um heliporto ao lado que pode fazer muito barulho e o isolamento acústico não é muito bom.
