This neighborhood is not the best in complete gentrification, but you should know that if you know São Paulo, The apartment complex is nicely renovated but seems Poorly manage, apartment wasn’t clean properly, mold in the bathroom, dust everywhere. The electric keypad was disfonctional. Such a shame beside the neighbor this could have been a decent stay

Apartamento bem localizado, climatizado e espaçoso. Adoramos a estadia. Como feedback pra melhoras apenas alguns pontos: ao chegarmos vimos algumas baratinhas “francesinhas”, então talvez o prédio precise de uma Dedetizacao. Poderiam disponibilizar mais toalhas de tamanho maior, só tinha uma no quarto. Muito barulho na rua.
