Parking spot inside the building may be available to rent during your stay.



Signing an additional contract with the reservation details is required.



* Silence from 10pm till 8am. No external sound systems, amplifiers, etc. are allowed.

* Only the guests from the booking are allowed to enter the building. No visitors are allowed.

* A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in

* At check-in, everything is in very good shape. You must inform of any irregularity or details in the first 24 hours

* Only listed guests can sleep over

* Intended use is residential only

* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden

* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected

* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra

* We are not responsible for third-party outages such as water, electricity, cable, internet, nor building facilities closed temporarily for causes outside of our control.

* No recordings and/or videos (public or private) of the property/building can be shared/distributed with commercial intent, online or otherwise.

* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged

* Returning the keys with delay at check-out without our prior approval can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent

* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.

We are currently doing self check-ins and check-outs and leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need a help or suggestion from us.
