Gostei muito da estadia. A localização é excelente, realmente em frente ao mar, e o hotel está visivelmente reformado, com um ambiente bem clean, organizado e muito bem cuidado. A limpeza também merece destaque, tudo impecável durante a hospedagem. Tivemos uma situação relacionada à reserva feita pelo Hotels.com, envolvendo divergência de taxa e necessidade de ajuste na data de entrada. A equipe da recepção foi extremamente atenciosa e eficiente, conseguiu alterar a data da nossa entrada e resolveu a questão da taxa de forma rápida e profissional. A postura da equipe fez toda a diferença e mostrou comprometimento com o hóspede. Como observação, senti falta de um campo específico para aplicar o cupom da Livelo no momento da reserva pelo Hotels.com. Fiz a reserva pelo link direcionado, mas não encontrei onde inserir o cupom conforme a orientação, então acabei registrando essa informação nas observações da reserva. No geral, foi uma ótima experiência, principalmente pela localização, limpeza e pelo excelente atendimento da equipe.

A pousada esta bem arrumada , na entrada e principalmente na gentileza dos colaboradores. Eu fiquei num quarto simples. achei que pequenas melhoria deveriam serem feitas, como toalhas mais decentes ( maiores e mais grossos) toalhas fininhas e pequenas pareciam de criança . Lenções pouco melhores, achei a cama bem dura também . O forte é a atendimento sempre cordial e o café da manhã .
