Better than I expected

We had a huge Japanese traditional room that was clean. There was so much space which is not typical for Japanese hotel rooms. We wished we stayed longer. The walk is a bit far to get to the main areas but there is a bus stop right in front you can take into those areas

Comfortable but in need for some renovation

Located 15 minutes walking from Susukino entertainment district. The rooms are big and comfortable, but the furniture is slightly run-down, some walls have crevices and the carpet stained here and there. Once we felt a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. Kettle and green tea are provided. Bathroom amenities are available and replaced everyday. Pajamas are also provided. Hotel guests may use the swimming pool, gym and sauna for free until 10 am, otherwise an admission fee is charged. TV channels are limited and further channels are available at a cost. Wifi is free of charge and with good speed. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. They sell bus tickets for the airport at the front desk, as well as stamps, which came in handy.

Great hotel a short distance from central Sapporo

I really liked this hotel. It has large rooms with large bathrooms, I especially liked the separate large shower cubicle. It is positioned away from the center of the city, but it only takes 20 minutes to walk to the JR station, and there is a bus stop directly outside the hotel. The bus from the airport stops at the hotel, so it is easy to get to with all your luggage. The room was very clean, and in good condition (if a little dated).

Comfortable stay and Excellent Service

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood next to a beautiful river with good jogging track. The airport bus stops in front of it so it is convenient and cheap. It is not near any shopping malls but close to small boutique and antique shops, Kirin Beer Garden and Nijo Fish Market. We like the location and enjoy our walks. The hotel needs a fresh coat of paint for its façade but it is well decorated and comfortable inside. Staff are very friendly, helpful and anticipates our needs. A great hotel that I will stay if I visit Sapporo again.

Comfortable 1-night stay

During daytime, we visited a shrine, Hokkaido U, clock tower, and ate dinner at one of the restaurants inside the Sapporo train station, and then shopped in the mall. We arrived at the hotel by rental car around 8 pm. The staff were friendly and spoke enough English to get things done. A concierge took our luggage to our room. We booked a non-smoking room for 3 adults. Our room had 3 twin beds, slippers, robes, TV, a desk and 2 chairs. The bathroom had both a tub and a glass shower stall. Although the mattress felt too soft, we slept well and woke up the next morning with no backache.

Nice and clean hotel, quite easy to find with GPS. Underground parking but a bit far from the city center (about 15min walk to Susukino or Odori Park) otherwise a very good hotel.

It is a beautiful hotel with great value. The service is a 4/5 star. Though it is exactly in downtown, it is within manageable walking distance to main city areas. It is with great value for money.
