On both floors there are AC devices ( air conditioning ) and heating as well.

It is located in quiet area but still close to the city center.

In yard you can park two cars and in garage 2 as well if you are coming with more than one or two cars.

We are living two minutes from here and we will be able 24 hours for you if you need anything.
