Unit 1 is unique as it has a separate bedroom, full-size kitchen, open shelving a couch with two chairs, a large closet with a dresser and tons of hanging space and much more! The bed is king sized and it is topped with a 1.5 in memory foam topper, making it one of the most comfortable sleeps you will have ever had!
The couch in this unit is a pull-out couch, and there are linens and pillows provided in the closet of the bedroom so that this unit can comfortably sleep 4.
There is a smart TV in this unit, with streaming capabilities. We provide a Netflix account for you to use when you're ready to unwind at night after a long day in the Florida sun!
The kitchen has a full size fridge and freezer, oven/stove combo, a sink with disposal, and open shelving with plenty of glassware, dinnerware, and more. There's an instant pot, microwave, toaster, adorable coffee maker, and we are happy to provide a small bag of Sarasota Coffee Co. coffee to start your morning out right! There is a round dining table in the kitchen with four chairs so your whole party can enjoy coffee, meals, or a game of cards together.
In the bathroom you will find all of the towels and washcloths you need, as well as body wash, shampoo and conditioner so you don't have to pack your own.
You are sure to find comfort in this unit as the focus is YOU and your best vacation. It's hard to find a smaller unit that has such attention to detail and emphasis on small-scale luxury, but we assure you that you will find it here.
All of unit 1 is yours to access! There is also a laundry room (shared) on the side of the building (special hours apply).
Please note that there are TWO OTHER UNITS on this property that will more than likely be occupied during your stay at the Hollingsworth. Like a hotel or apartment, there is potential for noise; however, we ask that our guests all follow our quiet hour rules, and expect that they will.
There are multiple seating areas outside that are open to all units. Guests are free to talk and mingle. Please be respectful of other properties!

****Potential for noise: this is one of three units, and it's more than likely that the other two units will be occupied while you stay with us. Like any other hotel or apartment, you may hear other guests voices as they walk by your unit. We ask that all guests abide by our quiet time hours: 10pm-7am. Failure to comply may result in immediate eviction.
****Air Conditioning: In this unit, you have control of the AC and may use it to your liking!
To ensure maximum flexibility for your travel plans, we HIGHLY recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking your stay.
***CLEANING:
Our cleaning team does a superb job and you will not be required to clean prior to check out beyond small, normal tasks like locking the doors and windows, turning off the lights, cleaning used dishes, etc. However, any guest mishaps, no-shows, damage, late check outs, etc will incur a fee via the cleaning company we use and will be charged to the guest.
