Welcome to THE FUNKY FISH HOUSE, a luxurious, elegantly renovated vacation home just minutes from the #1-rated Siesta Key Beach. With 2 bedrooms, a third room with a twin daybed, and 2 full bathrooms, it comfortably sleeps 5 guests, with space for up to 6.

Step outside to your tropical backyard oasis, surrounded by lush landscaping and native Florida palms. Enjoy the heated saltwater pool (8,400 gallons, sun shelf, main depth 3–5.5 ft) surrounded by lounge chairs and a stargazing hot tub. Pool temperature is maintained at 80–85°F even in cooler months, included in your nightly rate. Rinse off in the custom hot & cold outdoor shower, then retreat to the two shaded pergolas, each with outdoor fans and evening lighting—perfect for enjoying Florida’s sunshine in comfort. Under the pergolas, relax in the patio seating areas with a 65" TV, loveseat, and dining table for four, or head to the “adult side” featuring a 75” TV, beverage cooler, and high-top table. Fire up the propane BBQ grill and dine al fresco, then unwind with your favorite beverage in style.

Inside, the living room offers a large sectional with extra comfy throw pillows, a 55" Roku TV, shiplap walls, and ceiling fan—perfect for unwinding after the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, an induction cooktop, built-in microwave/oven, dishwasher, pots, pans, mixing bowls, storage containers, and knives. The large island has four ocean-blue bar stools, and the glass-top dining table seats four. The wet bar includes a beverage cooler, Keurig with K-pods (sugar included), and wine/cocktail glassware.

All TVs are Roku TVs, so guests can easily log in with their own streaming subscriptions. Accounts are automatically cleared at checkout for peace of mind. Enjoy ultra-high-speed 1Gbps fiber internet with whole-home mesh Wi-Fi coverage.

The main bedroom suite features a king bed, nightstands, dresser, large closet, en-suite bathroom with standing shower, 50" Roku TV, and ceiling fan. Please note: there is a single-step down to enter the room. The second bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, and roomy closet for plenty of storage, plus a Pack n Play, twin air mattress, extra bedding, extra blankets and pillows, box fan, kid-friendly games, and children’s books. The third room offers a twin daybed, ceiling fan, nightstand, and two chairs.

The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo and plush towels.

The home has a smart lock for easy check-in, and guests have full access to the house and yards, plus a quiet neighborhood just minutes from local restaurants.

Additional amenities: Beach chairs, umbrella, towels, sand & pool toys, cooler, washer/dryer, detergent, fabric softener, paper products, dish soap, dishwasher pods, hand soap, cleaning spray, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, and more.

Although we won't be available in person during your stay, we have an exceptional property caretaker who is close by and always available.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, please observe the following:
* Children Supervision: CHILDREN MUST ALWAYS BE SUPERVISED in the pool area, hot tub, and near the grill. Guardians take full responsibility for their safety and release the hosts from liability.
* No Glass: Glassware is prohibited in the pool area. Use the provided plastic drinkware and plates. Broken glass will incur an additional cleaning fee.
* Parking: Street parking is prohibited. Two spots are available in the driveway.
* Towels: Please do not use bath towels or washcloths to remove makeup. Black washcloths for makeup removal are provided.
* Security Cameras: Cameras are placed on the exterior of the property, including the front door, front corners, west side, and back shed (partially covering the pool deck). They are used to protect guests and maintain property safety. Footage will only be reviewed in the case of an incident or complaint. Tampering with cameras is strictly prohibited.
* Noise & Neighbors: Be respectful of neighbors. Excessive noise may result in immediate dismissal without refund.
* Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or contents and will be charged for repair or replacement.
